Turned out they were taking offers in three days, so we had to move quickly! Elsa quickly set up a report with the listing agent and got good insights into what would make the offer compelling. Oh, where do I start? There are so many good things I could say about Ms. Johnson. She was very knowledgeable. Very hands on. My experience was as easy as it could be for a first time home buyer.
